Purchasing Process

After submitting your request, our sales team will confirm availability and discuss delivery dates.
You'll receive a proforma invoice detailing the total cost, including price per chick, taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms.
A deposit (as specified in the invoice) must be paid by the indicated deadline to secure your order.
Once the deposit is received, you'll receive an order confirmation.
The balance must be paid before the day-old chicks are released for delivery.
Upon final payment confirmation, your day-old chicks will be prepared and you'll receive shipping details with delivery instructions.
